I offer personalised individual coaching designed to address your unique goals and challenges, whether they involve effective goal setting, comprehensive self-development (including study skills), or achieving career success. Drawing upon evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, and incorporating the powerful practices of mindfulness and self-compassion, we'll work together to enhance your overall well-being and achieve your desired outcomes.

Beyond individual sessions, I also facilitate dynamic group counselling sessions, designed to create a supportive and collaborative environment for shared growth. In these groups, we leverage the power of collective experience while exploring practical strategies grounded in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) techniques. My expertise also extends to addressing sensitive areas such as child abuse and neglect and domestic violence, incorporating trauma-informed approaches alongside the transformative practices of mindfulness and self-compassion to foster deeper understanding, safety, and resilience for all participants. Together, we'll navigate common challenges, enhance well-being, and empower each participant to take significant steps towards their desired outcomes, with specific attention and care given to those impacted by abuse and violence.
